Governing Council of the Accounting and Auditing Organisation for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held its fifth meeting (fourth session) on Saturday, February 13, 2016 in Riyadh City, headed by Mr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al Obailan Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the beginning of the meeting the Council welcomed the accession of Dr. Abdullah Aysa Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry Assistant for Financial and Administrative Affairs, representative of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait, gave thanks and appreciation to Professor David Bin Sulaiman Alsabj, a representative of the ministry Previously, in advance thanks to the Council members for their efforts and support the continuous march of the body. The meeting discussed a number of topics on the agenda, most notably discuss reports and recommendations submitted to the Council of the "Committee for a review of the statute," and after a detailed study has been approved by the Board for submission to the General Assembly Meeting (EGM) in April. During the meeting, they discussed the future plan of the activities of the Commission, and the report submitted by the technical committees, the setup of the Forum tenth of the body to be held in Kuwait on April 20-212016 m, in addition to discussing the financial and administrative affairs of organic and reports. This was stated by Dr. Nasser bin Ibrahim sitting Executive Director of the RTA It is worth mentioning that the accounting and auditing of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) body established by a decision of the Supreme Council of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council of Arab Gulf States in 1998. The Board of Directors is composed of the six GCC countries, representatives as well as representatives from the Republic of Yemen, which joined the body in 2009.
